Hems burst (well, sauntered) onto the Squadron scene at the start of the 1999 season, and has been a vociferous (that means 'loud', Dunc) member of the unit ever since. He loves to spend hours in the pub, talking about the breath-taking speed of David Ginola (or that French bloke, as Duncan likes to call him) or how he wishes that he was as articulate (that means 'good with words', Dunc) as his hero John Gregory.
